His Excellency General To Lam, Minister of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, received His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ismail Al Emadi, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Vietnam, on Monday, October 24, 2022, on the occasion of the end of his tenure.

The Minister praised the ambassador's contributions to strengthening relations between the State of Qatar and Vietnam in general and between the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security and the Qatari Ministry of Interior in particular, wishing to expand cooperation between the two countries in the fields of communications, national security and crime prevention, and wished the ambassador success in his future assignments.

For his part, the Ambassador affirmed that he will continue to do his utmost to contribute to strengthening relations and cooperation between the two countries, regardless of his next position, wishing the government and people of Vietnam development and prosperity.
