H.E. President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vo Van Thuong received the credentials of H.E. Khalid Ali Abdullah Abel as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Vietnam.

H.E. the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of H.H. the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to H.E. the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and his Highness wishes of good health and happiness to His Excellency, and continued progress and prosperity to the government and the people of Vietnam.
